This network is made up of any person, public or private, who subscribes and signs the membership agreement founded in the form of a scientific interest group (GIS). Two types of membership are offered: Member and Partner. Members participate in the definition of the collective strategy and the work plan; they each have one vote during the votes in the various instances of the governance of the GIS. The Partners provide and exchange data and can participate in the projects through their contributions. Membership is subject to the payment of a symbolic fee of €1,000/year, while Partner membership is free.
